Commonwealth Home Support Programme

What is CHSP?

The Commonwealth Health Support Programme (CHSP) is a government-funded initiative that helps senior citizens access entry-level support service that cater to individual needs while maintaining independence at home. This means that you would receive government-subsidised support services for basic-level everyday tasks.

CHSP is suitable for you if you need little support with everyday tasks in order to improve your health and wellbeing.

New to CHSP? You can get an assessment through visiting My Aged Care.

If you need more high-level care services, you may be eligible for a Home Care Package (HCP).

Alternatively, you can contact us and we will assist you in getting started with your CHSP journey.
