How do I apply for a Home Care Package?

Applying for a Home Care Package involves four steps:

1. Call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 to register and request an assessment.
2. An Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) will visit and assess your needs at home — this is free.
3. Once approved, you receive a package level and wait for a package to be assigned to you.
4. Contact Muslim Care on (02) 8011 0911 to set up your services — we’ll handle the rest.
