Home Care Packages (Level 1–4)
Muslim Care is an approved Home Care Package (HCP) provider under the Australian Government’s My Aged Care program. We deliver all four levels of Home Care Packages to eligible seniors across Greater Sydney. Services include personal care (showering, dressing, grooming), domestic assistance (cleaning, meal preparation, laundry), transport to medical appointments, nursing care, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social support, and home modifications.

NDIS Disability Support
As a registered NDIS provider, Muslim Care delivers a full range of disability supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Our NDIS services include daily personal activities, social and community participation, support coordination, plan management, therapeutic supports, and personal mobility equipment. Our carers are trained to provide culturally safe support for participants from Muslim and diverse backgrounds.

Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)
Muslim Care delivers CHSP entry-level support for older Australians who need basic assistance to remain safely at home. CHSP services include domestic assistance, personal care, social support, transport, and allied health. CHSP is funded by the Australian Government with a small co-payment from clients.
