Youth Services

A safe space for the younger generation to enjoy a wide range of holistic activities and programs. Muslimcare knows how important the young are, and works with them to facilitate and empower their personal, social and educational development.

Leading Together Program

Leading Together is a program that aims to bring young people, aged 16 – 25 to participate in activities to develop their leadership, work together to achieve a positive and effective change, build trust with each other, and address negative perceptions that the broader community may have about the Islamic community. The program’s main priority is to nurture a generation of confident, positive, creative leaders who can represent the community and lead the path for others in the future.

How does it work?

Once we interview and choose participants for the program, and all relevant documentation has been provided, the program commences. The leading together activities are challenging, fun, stretching, engaging and, at times, demanding.

Yes. Muslim Care Australia is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). We are also an approved aged care provider (registered since 2014) and a registered NDIS provider. We are a not-for-profit organisation — any surplus is reinvested into community services.

Absolutely. While Muslim Care was founded to serve the Muslim community, our services are open to all Australians regardless of religion, culture, or background. We welcome everyone who needs quality, compassionate care.

Most services are primarily funded by the Australian Government through Home Care Packages or the NDIS. Depending on your income and the type of service, you may pay a Basic Daily Fee and possibly an Income-Tested Care Fee. Muslim Care provides a full, transparent quote before you commit to anything. Use our Budget Calculator for an estimate, or download our price list.

The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) provides entry-level support to help older Australians stay living at home safely. It is for people who need basic help with everyday tasks but do not yet need the higher level of support provided by a Home Care Package. Services can include domestic assistance, personal care, social support, transport to appointments, and allied health. Contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 to find out if you are eligible.

A Home Care Package (HCP) is a government-funded program that helps older Australians get the care they need to stay living at home. There are four levels — from basic care needs (Level 1) to high care needs (Level 4). The Australian Government subsidises the cost, and you choose an approved provider to deliver your services. Muslim Care has been an approved aged care provider since 2014 and can guide you through every step. Call us on (02) 8011 0911 for a free consultation.

Yes. Muslim Care employs carers who speak Arabic, Urdu, Turkish, Bengali, and other community languages. We match clients with carers who share their language and cultural background wherever possible. This cultural connection is central to our model of care and one of the most valued aspects of our service according to client feedback.

  4. Contact Muslim Care on (02) 8011 0911 to set up your services — we'll handle the rest.
Our team can also help you prepare for your ACAT assessment at no charge.
